Your details at Bari
We ask for only the information we need to manage interest in our tables and to contact people we may be able to invite.
Moumita and Sagnik operate Bari Supperclub in Portlaoise, Co. Laois, Ireland and are responsible for the information you share with us. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, selected table preference, party size and any optional mobile number, referral source or short note you choose to provide.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use these details to manage the waitlist, understand which date suits you and contact you about a possible invitation. Joining the waitlist does not confirm a place. The required fields let us manage your request; all other fields are optional. Please do not include dietary or medical details at this stage.
Future table updates
If you separately choose to receive occasional Bari news, we record that choice independently. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us.
Storage and sharing
Waitlist information is collected through Google Forms and stored in Bari's private Google Sheets operations file. Google Apps Script helps us send service emails and manage invitations. Cloudflare hosts this website and protects the private management area. We do not sell your details or use advertising trackers. These service providers may process technical or account information under their applicable safeguards. See Google's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details for at least one year from your latest request. After that, we review them and delete information that is no longer needed to manage your interest in Bari. If you separately opt in to news, we keep the contact details needed for those updates until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict its use, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. If you withdraw waitlist consent, we will stop managing that request. We do not make automated invitation decisions.
You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
